1. Using Aristotle Golden Mean, why would downloading be wrong? Why would it be right?
Answer: according to Aristotle the golden mean says that you should be one the center not
more or less. For example, why abortion is right or wrong, it becomes right if your religion says it
right basically the religion depends, if not you must abort the child because you have no money
to sustain the child, while it becomes wrong because to live. Why should be downloading be
right? By using Aristotle’s golden mean downloading is right because if you really need or want
something you can download it as long as it is legal that if the downloading requires you to pay
for it then you must pay for that download. Why would it be wrong using Aristotle’s golden
mean. It is wrong if you did not pay for that download, if it requires payment then you must pay
for it. It is wrong to download because you copy others work without them knowing it. For the
downloading is right if you follow the rules and wrong if you did not.

2. Using Kant categorical imperative (1st formula), why would downloading be wrong? Why would
it be right?
Answer: according to Kant’s categorical imperative why would downloading be right or wrong.
The categorical imperative means that by having one rule the universal law. Downloading would
be wrong because if you don’t want them to download your work then you must show it to
them. It would be right because if you want them to see your work then they can download it
because you giving them authority to do so.

3. According to john stuart utilitarianism downloading can be right as long as the people or the
majority of the people do it. And it would be wrong if not of the people who has the lowest
number does it.

4. Using Nietzche’s master & slavemorality

Answer: According to Nietzche’s master the practice of power & the slave are the ones who are
weak. Downloading should be right according to Nietzche’s is because if you want to download
something you’ll download whether it is legal or illegal, that ill get I want, downloading is
wrong, it won’t be wrong because according to Nietzche’s master & slave morality if you want
something then it must be yours at all cost. Whether other people likes it or no
