Description

"The Coming Insurrection" by The Invisible Committee.

A book now illegal in France about how to overthrow the central power of government by various means. A modern tune-in, drop-out book of anarchist and communal thought. Being a French book, it is heavy on philosophy, relatively short on application of the advocated theory of establishing a new order.

The book questions the value of being a part of a Western command economy, presents some ideas, perhaps impractical, on alternatives, primarily through reduced consumerism and communes.

This book was written as something of a philosophical handbook for the anarchist uprisings in France in 2005, with rioting and cars and various buildings like police stations set on fire.

Glen Beck recently broadcast a "warning" of how "dangerous" this very unknown book (in America) was. He certainly gave it a lot of publicity for someone who was "opposing" its message.
