How to Comment on the Federal Register

All the rest are comments.Click on either the html or pdf icon to view the USDA document:All the documents below it are comments from the public. Reading the comments of others is helpful informulating your own:To go to the next page of comments click on the at the top: 
 
When you decide to comment yourself, click on the Add Comments yellow balloon
on the same line asthe USDA document
