July 18, 2009Dear Owners,The recreational facilities and campground amenities here at Cloud 9 RanchClub, Inc., are designed for the enjoyment, convenience and entertainmentof Ranch Owners and their guests. As with any social organization, rules arenecessary and designed to safeguard the individual rights of each Owner. description of our facilities is also included so each of you may attain themaximum enjoyment and use of all Cloud 9 Ranch has to offer.It is the responsibility of the Board of Directors to establish these rules andset applicable fees as necessary. A current Fee Schedule may be obtained atvarious locations on the Ranch or visit our official website and print a copy(www.cloud9ranchclub.com).In an effort to produce a more concise and readable product, this Rulebook has been redesigned with that in mind.
