I think the3 jury is about to come in.4 (Jury present)5 THE COURT: Good morning, ladies and gentlemen.6 You've inquired as to more precise dates for vacations as we7 call it, and I'll respond to that question later. The witness8 al Fadl has not yet been cross-examined on behalf of the9 defendant El Hage, and Mr. Schmidt, who is the attorney who10 had prepared to do that, is still out with the flu. So what11 we will do is we will ask the government to call its next12 witness, and we'll proceed understanding that Mr. Al Fadl will13 return to the stand on Tuesday for cross-examination on behalf14 of the defendant El Hage, and, then, if it wishes, redirect15 examination by the government.16 So I'd ask that the government call its next witness.17 MR. FITZGERALD: Yes, sir. I believe that there was18 an agreement that your Honor would read a stipulation at the19 start of the day.20 THE COURT: Ladies and gentlemen, you recall I told21 you that a stipulation was an agreement among the parties that22 if called a certain witness would testify in a certain fashion
