Managing Risk as a Way of Life
Our objective should be that our organisation embraces risk management as a way of life, a way of protecting and improving the way we plan and carry out our activities..We should follow the Australia and New Zealand Risk Management Standard AS/ NZS 4360. This risk management standard is easy to understand and is suitable foralmost any type of organisation or activity. It provides a robust methodology for risk identification, discussion and an appropriate treatment to reduce the risk.
