1X8Dear John:I would
like
to inform you lhat the Huichisoneffect was mentioned in a poster presentationrecently delivered to NASA's Breakthrough PhysicsPropulsion
Workshop.
The poster was designed tocommunicate come of the ¡dtdS submitted to
ESJ
through the years that might have the most potentialfor applications
in
the future of space travel. Copiesof the poster and the accompanying paper, whichwere made available to many prominent spacescientists and engineers, arc enclosed. Thank you foryour contributions to this poster and
ESJ.
Sincerely,Chartes A Yost

The
realityof objects being moved, levitated,
or
restructured by magnetic and electricHeld effects does not seem to be In question. Justhow or why the events happen
Is
the questionable
part.
John Hutchison has been providing
ESJ
withdetails on
his
work,
as have a few others who haveworked with Nm over the
years.
The
picture consistently described is that of numerous experimentalapparatus being operated simultaneously and Interactively. 'Events'
occur,
somewhat unpre
dictably.

yet frustrating tothe scientist trying to sortout the interaction of the variables. Although
recol
lection and details am difficult Mr. Hutchison de*scrlbessomeofhlsapparatusfathtsattempttoshafewilh other experimenters.
I
will attempt to explain details of the apparatusused in my experiments and will start wilh theinput power used to trigger the host of Teslacoils, static generators, transformers, interferometers, magnetics, metal masses, and nuclearsources, etc. The source power was 110 voltsAC operated at 400 watts to 4000 watts. Oneside of the AC line had a power factor capacitor(60 cycles, 250 voh), and a 100-amp currentlimiter The magnetics of the current limiterwere also used in the experiment interactions. This power source was divided up in a functionbox and, through switching, went to variacs. The variac outputs were monitored by wattme
ters,
ampmeters, and voltmeters, and suppliedup to fourteen transformers. These includedtwclvc*volt transformers for vacuum tubes,400,000-voIt AC transformers, a Siemens250,000-voIt
DC
X-ray transformer, and otheritems. Regeneration equipment of 450 kHz upto 2500 MHz was also operatedrThe general power circuit

are current limiters which ranged fromtwo to seven amps.
By
this means some transformers were limited to this amperage insteadof the fifty amps that might otherwise be drawn. The current limiters were adjustable and themagnetics from them were used in close proximity to the spark gaps and an alpha-betaemission unit, I had bypass switches on each
