Admin Application for vG MTAAdministration Team

Information about “Me”.

My name is Raith Briscoe, I am 17 Years Old, and I live in North Lincolnshire,England, UK.I am very humerous, kind, helpful, caring and always there to listen to peoplewho wish to speak to me about there real life problems or anything else.I have been playing SA-MP pretty much since Roleplaying came out on SA-MP. Ihave learnt so much over the years, and since I joined MTA I am learning newthings from it.60% of the Servers I have played on, I have became an Admin on, because I amtrustworthy. Also very capable of doing a Good Job as an Admin. I also have thetechniques to sort out situations in a matter which some people don’t fullyunderstand. Some people say I am to kind and others say I am too strict... I amalso

What do I think of the MTA vG Server?

To be honest, I haven ever seen such Hardcore RP In my life of playing SA-MP.When I first started playing RP Properly. It started near enough on vG. I learntalot from vG, for EX: Powergaming/Metagaming/Mixing OOC-IC/RK/Dming andmuch more. These kind of things would of took me ages to learn if I hadn’t of came to Valhalla Gaming.I really think this is one of the best MTA Servers made yet. Its so professionallydone, Thanking the vG Scripters who designed all this and made vG Happen. Ialso thank the Admins who have kept the Server in full working order and notmade any mistakes to cause serious harm to the players or the Gameplay.If I had to rate this server out of “10”. It would infact be “10” because of theRoleplay Design and Layout, the Scripting which has been done on the Server,the Design of the Factions/Gangs/Familys and much more. Also how the cars andbikes and sirens/etc evolve around the Server. Theres just to much to explain as Icould most probably never end in Good Comments of the Server.

Why do I want to become an Admin?

Because, I want to help the MTA vG Administration Team. Help them in manysituations on the Server and also help to try and keep the RP within the Server.And get rid of the Noobs who want to ruin the Gameplay for everyone elsebecause they have no life.I also want to improve my own skills, techniques around MTA to fully understandhow the Administration Layout works. Because I am a SA-MP Fan, and never fullyunderstood MTA ever since it came out. But I want to change that, I want tobecome a Fan of both Gameplay Modes. Improve my senses in the MTAGameplay for the future of vG and my future.When I played SA-MP vG the Admins were absolutely amazing, they helpedanyone who needed it and always were active to prevent big situations and fallouts within the Game.I want to help in on that, to prove to myself and to prove to the vGAdministration Team. That I am capable/trustworthy/hard-working.

Communication Skills –

I am very good with Communication with other Players and my fellow administration team.

Writing/Reading Skills –

I am very computer literate. I speak fluent English and my writing skills and reading skills are pretty good.Sometimes I might mix up my capitals and commas. But that’s pretty much the only thing I mix up.

Leadership and Management Skills –

I have extremely good management skills and also I am a Good Leader when It comes to havingto take that Position as a Leader. I have previous experiences in the LSPDwhen I have been handed full authorisation to the Department while they go away or are very busy. Also has happened in the Administration Team.

Microsoft Office/Other Documents Experiences –

I have always used Microsoft Office in School and out of school. Its my best way to makeapplications and other documents/Powerpoints and Excel Caluclations.

Adminitration Skills –

I am very qualified with computers, I have/alwayswill be interested in the Computer Technology which develops everyday. Iknow how to Build computers and I know quite alot about Programming.So if anyone needed help in the Administration Team with there computer.I will always be available to help.

Hard Working –

My main priority is to get the Job done which has been presented to me to be Done. I am very hard-working and won’t stop doingmy Job unless I need to get something to eat or go to bed. I am able to

start on all day, if needed to take care of the Server with another Administrator.

Analytical/Research Skills –

I also am very good at Researching, every morning I will wake up and go onto the Computer. Going onto BBC and Research the days events or last night’s events. I love researching about stuff, especially computer systems or cars. If I was told to Researchsomething, It wouldn’t take me long to do it.

•

Computer/Technical Literacy –

I am very good at typing. My Record at the moment is 81/wpm. Sometimes i’ll type fast, depending if I am in themood or tired or not. I did this Record at School. Which was pretty hard when people were trying to talk to me. I did this test online to test my typing skills, #1 Fastest Typer in School. Which I miss a little now believeit or not. I could type anything up and it most proberly wouldn’t take methat long to do, I usually type up CVs or Word Documents for my family or friends if they need it urgently and haven’t got long til the due date.

Planning and Organizing –

I am very good at Planning and Organizingthings. I always plan my day sometimes. It doesn’t go the way I planned it as something usually pops up. I also like Organizing my stuff around onthe Computer into different steps so I know what I need to do. Like If Ineed to do a CV and a Powerpoint, I’ll usually put the CV First as its thequickest thing I can most probably do first.

Very Good Problem Solving Skills –

Problem Solving is a very good thing for me, as I always like Solving Problems. Especially in-game when people are arguing about a stupid subject. Sometimes I will go and tellthem how to work out the problem and what to do to prevent it happeningagain. Its a vicious circle for me. Because I always love helping peoplesolving there problems with other players.

Teamwork Skills –

Any team presented to me. I will do my best with,whether I like them or not. I will work with them to sort out anything, if they refuse to work with me. I will try my best to make a joint partnershipwith them, to become friends again or if not. Work beside each other just avoid as much talking as possible and work more. But usually.

I work pretty well with the new presented to me. As it gets the Job done quicker and also is useful if you don’t know how to do something and the other person does. I think the Administration Team mainly evolves around Teamwork.

Why should I become an Admin instead of someone else?

Because. I guarentee you, that I am perfect for the Job. I know exactly what I amdoing, All the skills above is what will make a Superb Admin. Maybe, I ain’t betterthen the other person. Or Maybe I am, who knows. All I know that is. I am a verytrustworthy person, I will get any job done given to me. I will always try my bestin certain Problems.
