Pumpkin PieFilling:- 2 eggs-
c. maple syrup- 2 c. pumpkin piefilling - 1 tsp. vanilla extract- 1 tsp. cinnamon-
tsp. nutmeg -
tsp. salt- 2 tbsp. plain flourPreheat the oven to 375°FFilling:In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the maple syrup. Add the remaining ingredients to the egg and maple syrup.Pie Crust:Rub butter/crisco into the flour. When a crumbly consistency, add the water, a little bit at a time until the mixture holds together.3 tablespoons is an approximation, it may be a little less!Once, it is holding together, roll it out until it is the thicknessof a thin crust pizza or about 1/8 inch thick.
