WHAT ABOUT IT?

Topic : Grammar Adverbs

Level : Year 3 Intermediate (KSSR)

OBJECTIVE
To introduce adverbs to the pupils.
The pupils are able to understand adverbs better by acting it out. The pupils are able to use the adverbs to compliment verbs.

HOW TO PLAY
The teacher prepared a bowl or a container filler with adverbs. The teacher will divide the class into two groups.

One pupil from the first group will come out in front and pick one paper from the container and he/she has to act the adverbs out.

The two groups have to guess the adverb and 1 mark will be given to the first group that guessed the adverb correctly.

After that, a pupil from the second group comes out in front and picks one paper from the container and he/she has to act the adverbs out.

The game will be kept playing till all of the pupils have their chance to act the adverbs out.
