DISCRIMINATION WTH DISABLED IN The New India Assurance Company Limited (NIACL)But In this advertisement it has not been mentioned clearly about the minimum percentage of marks to apply for its posts for PERSONS WITH DISABILITY candidates like other reserved posts such as SC/ST candidates. The minimum qualifying mark for pwd is normal in aggregate whereas for SC/ST candidates it is 50% or 55% in aggregate .
In most of the Govt., or semi govt institutions and other private sector companies P.W.D candidates get equal status and services like SC/ST candidates.It is a matter of great regret that no facilities are given in case of minimum educational qualifications to P.W.D candidates .
