Terms and Conditions
Terms:
100% cash, cashiers check, business or personal check or Visa/MasterCard/Discover. A$25 fee will be added to all returned checks, and 3% will be added to credit cards.
Bids and Disputes:
In case of disputes, bidding will be reopened between the parties involved. If no further bid is made, the buyer will be the person from whom the auctioneer accepted the last
bid. The auctioneer’s decision in such matters will be nal.
Announcements:
Every effort was made to assure the correctness of this catalog, however,all announcements from the auction block will take precedence over the printed matter in thecatalog. Buyers are therefore cautioned to pay attention to any such announcements.
Certicates of Registry:
Certicates of registry or applications for registry will be furnished to the
buyer for each animal after settlement has been made.
Shipping:
Assistance will be given in making shipping arrangements after the sale, but the salemanagement and/or the seller assume no risk. Expenses incurred are the responsibility of thebuyer. Buyers are requested to furnish shipping instructions when making settlement. All animalsmust be loaded day of sale unless prior arrangements have been made.
Accidents:
Although every precaution will be taken to protect the safety and comfort of thebuyers, neither the sales management, the auctioneer, nor the sellers assume any responsibilityin the matter and disclaim any liability, legal or otherwise, in case of accidents or loss of property.
Rights and Obligations:
The above terms of sale will constitute a contract between the buyer and the seller and be equally binding to both. Resale of animals following purchase in the sale willconstitute a separate transaction and the rights and obligations of the two parties connected thereto are not covered by the terms and conditions of this sale.
Health Papers:
Consignors will provide health papers.
Breeders Guarantee:
Should any animal over 7 months of age fail to prove a breeder within 120days of purchase date, the matter should be reported in writing to Tri-State Boers. The sellerwill have 90 days to prove the animal is a breeder. Should the animal prove to be breeder, it willbe turned back over to the owner. Should the animal prove not to be a breeder, consignor willreplace the animal with one of equal or more value or refund the buyer. All transportation will be the responsibility of the buyer!
Loading of Animals:
We will be unable to load any animals until the sale is completed. Yourunderstanding and cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Phone bids will be accepted. Arrangements should be make prior to sale if you plan to bid via phone. Phone bid numbers will be: 502-682-6267, 812-209-9068, 618-830-8409,502-682-2918, 502-487-0509, (812-663-3864 - Fairgrounds).
Sale Directions:
From I-74 take Exit 134A (Greensburg South) go through four lights and turn lefton Highway 46. Park entrance is to the right. Fairgrounds is in the park. Sale will start at NOON.

Preview of Animals:
Animals will be in place Friday night, July 31. Barn will open at 8:00 amSaturday morning.

Semen will be available at the sale and if interested contact Alvin and bring you AI tank.
