 What is Ethics?
Ethics is Two Things
First, ethics refers to well-based standards of rightand wrong that prescribe what humans must do,usually in terms of rights, obligations, benefits tosociety, fairness, or specific virtues.
Secondly, ethics refers to the study anddevelopment of one’s ethical standards. Ethicalstandards include honesty, compassion, loyalty,standards relating to rights, such as the right to life,the right to freedom from injury, and the right toprivacy.
 
Definitions of Ethics
Ethics is a set of moral principles or values which isconcerned with the rightness or wrongness of human behavior and which guides your conduct inrelation to others (for individuals and organizations).
