BEFORE 1.Ask patient if hes allergic to fluoroquinolone drugs 2.Obtain specimen for culture and sensitivity test 3.Monitor CBC, renal and liver function tests DURING 1.Drug maybe taken with or without regard to meals 2.Take each dose with a full glass of water AFTER 1.Avoid sun exposure 2.Take antacids 6 hour before or 2 after after Ofloxacin 3.Warn patient that dizziness may occur 4.Tell patient to stop drug and report @ first sign of allergic reaction

Lactulose is a disaccharide that consists of fructose and glucose. It is broken down In the colon into lactic and acetic acid. Acidification leads to increased osmotic pressure in the colon, and increases stool water content and softens stool.
