Family Voice has just completed an external organ-izational review to assess its performance in the lastyears and to plan for a better way forward. It takescourage for any organization to allow external per-sons to review its work. Family Voice sees this proc-ess as healthy, transparent and accountable. It looks forward to implementing the recommenda-tions of the report and be more focused on imple-menting programs which reduce family and sexualviolence in families in the province.
Organisational Development

Ms Anisha Tenaen , New Hanover joined Family Voiceas the Finance Manager in May 2009. She left a verygood job in the private sector to work with Family Voicebecause of her personal values to work with the vulner-able and disadvantaged members of our communities.
I graduated in Economics at UPNG and have worked with several Organizations. I previously worked for World Wide Investment as Account before moving onto Family Voice.Promoting personal values and respect were the key factors that helped me to join Family Voice as I deemed it an organization that fosters such values”.
Family Voice believes that the strengthof the organization is in mentoring & training young men and women to takeownership of the values of the organi-zation and take it to the next level.
