Part I Chapter II HELTS
2003 –2010dicantumkan
Vision 2010
, atau Visi 2010Pendidikan Tinggi di Indonesia, sebagai berikut :
In order to contribute to the nation’scompetitiveness,the national higher education has tobe organizationally healthy, and the same requirementalso applies to institutions. A structural adjustment inthe existing system is, however, needed to meet thisChallenge.The structural adjustment aims, by the year of 2010, of having a healthy higher educationsystem1,effectively coordinated and demonstrated by

In a healthy organization,
a continuous qualityimprovement should become its primary concern
