for vendors will be determined on a irst come basis. One product category/business per table. Duplicate exhibitors (same company or distributor) will not be permitted. But, like catagories will be permitted. Exhibited items must be appropriate for school aged children and be family friendly! Brooklyn PTO reserves the right to inspect items displayed and request removal of inappropriate items. Sale items must be handcrafted or new items. Used, lea market or tag sale type products will not be permitted. Setup time is 7:00am. You may pull your vehicle to the back of the building to unload and if you need help unloading, we will be able to provide that to you per request. Removal of participating exhibitors property MUST occur within one (1) hour after the close of the event. (Cleanup by 1:00pm) Electricity is limited. If needed, please specify below. (There is no additional fee this year) Brooklyn School is not responsible for any loss, ire, theft or damage of vendors property while at Brooklyn School. If you are selling food items, you MUST have disposible gloves for proper food handling. Please note that NO PETS are to be allowed into the school. All children MUST BE SUPERVISED at all times. Rental Fee includes: 1 8 ft Table & 2 Folding Chairs

This year there are two (2) ways that you can pay for the rental fee. Donate an item(s) with a value of $20.00 from your exhibit, to be used for our raf le basket or remit payment for the amount of $20.00 via cash or check.. The choice is yours! Please note: Registration form, all items being donated for our raf le basket and/or payments MUST BE RECEIVED on or before October 28, 2013.
