editionof the event held in Pune on June 25
th
2009. Exactly 100 participants took part in theshort survey to identify brand engagement among the entrepreneurs, students andprofessionals who had come down from across the country to see startups presentingin Internet & Mobile, Education, Software, Automotive & other categoies.Here are the results of the study published.
Q1. Which Internet Service Provider(s) do you use at home ?
 Among all the brands, the ones involved in the internet service providers spaceweremost evenly spread out The 100 participants collectively had 123 active ISP accounts, where around twenty people had more than one ISP account ( a fifth of the respondants )

Almost half the respondants felt that the first
channel they would prefer watchingwhen they switch on the television are news or business channels Around 5-10% of respondants could not answer since they did not watch televisionor did not have one. The last category 'Cartoon' represents other misc. channels preferred by users ( Cartoon channels were leading the pack ).

6 more handsets than participants imply around a fifth of the users havingmultiple phones

Surprisingly a time consuming question since most people had to recollect if they had changed recently, planning to change and so on.

Q5. Which brand of laptop(s) do you currently have ?
Recollection of brand was most since least time was spent in answering thisquestion among all participantsLess then 10% of the participants did not have a laptop ( of whom a mojority were students )The high number of laptops per participant reveals that around 30-40% of thoselaptops also use a secondary laptop
