One, the trove of dark secrets carried off by Snowden from the NSAs treasure house deflated the attempt by the US to inflict a no-holds-barred cyber confrontation against China. Second, it exposed the lies and subterfuge hatched by the US on its alleged wish for fair and open negotiations with foreign partners and allies concerning almost anything under the sun.
