What are research skills and expectations of employers for potential employees coming directly from high schools, two-year academic institutions, or four-year and graduate academic institutions? What “connections” can librarians in various institutions create with one another to ensure that all students are indeed ready for a critical thinking workforce environment? Panelists representing these libraries will discuss common frameworks of students’ information literacy competencies for the workplace and lifelong learning.
