Introduction
The questionnaire is to understand the existing setup in terms of Hardware, Software, Oracle Applications. The reader is assumed familiar with, although not an expert in database and Application and operating system concepts.

Server Architecture
This section is to get an idea about the existing hardware server Architecture. 0* How many server(s)? 1* Operation System? 2* Storage capacity, Redundant/ emergency storage 3* Network bandwidth/connectivity, protocol 4* Any Special Architecture? Database Environment
