It has been suggested that I upload the Master Table that I used to compile my Glycemic Density and Glycemic Matrix book.

This table contains calculations by standard serving sizes.

GI = Glycemic Index
GL = Glycemic Load
ED = Energy or Calorie Density (Calories per gram of food)
CD = Carbohydrate Density (Carbohydrates per gram of food)
GD = Glycemic Density (Glycemic Load per gram of food)
