Description

From the moment that the first Declaration of Independence in Mecklenburg, North Carolina took place (if not before) there were people leading the cause of American Independence. Presidents of the Continental Congress starting with Peyton Randolph should be considered as key figures alongside Washington in the history of this façade called America. The United States is actually many things other than a democracy despite what the media says. It is Synarchy or an oligarchy wrapped in fine talk, corporate intrigue and cronyistic breaks for supporters or the owners of The Fed. The Randolphs are Royals and so were most of the landed gentry and slave owners who formed this nation due to the move away from slavery in Britain and France. There are other investment reasons for international financiers including the King of England and the Rothschild Illuminati and Hessians that we must inspect again and again.

"If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their money, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them (the banks), will deprive the people of their property until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered"-Thomas Jefferson.

"It is clear the author went into writing this with a wealth of research at his disposal and many hours spent dissecting it. What I liked the most was that there were so many topics covered in this book so if there was one particular thing that I was not personally interested in there was plenty more to read. Details that would be cut from other books were delved into by Baird and I think that is where the beauty in the book rests because just when you think you have read everything on a particular subject, Baird gives you something that you won't find from anyone else. Being from Chicago, I especially liked the tidbits that dealt with my town. But seriously, this is an easy book to read-- not at all overwhelming or pushy, and a great addition to any library." - Sophie S.

"America's Assassinations and Aspirations by Robert Bruce Baird went far beyond my expectations. The book proved to be not only interesting but very educational. Although I had known of some of the power plays, conspiracies and cover-ups explained by Mr. Baird, the insight he brings to the subjects covered in his book is explained in ways that are easy to understand. From the early beginnings of our nation to recent politics, the author recounts intrigues of power, monopolies and the people behind them. The roles of power players such as Benjamin Franklin, Winston Churchill, J.P. Morgan and the Kennedy family are put forth in ways that may change your thinking about the government and how the country is, and was, governed." - Theresa Hurley

"America's Assassinations and Aspirations is an amazing read. It is also about a lot more than assassinations. You will be impressed at the depths the author goes to explain ideas, theories and the most interesting of conspiracies. Don't be intimidated by the vast amounts of information included in this book, as there may be events you are not as interested in and others that you will greatly appreciate the extra effort Robert Bruce Baird makes to include details you have never heard about famous events. I know I was surprised at what I learned about events I thought I knew pretty well. The book reads fast and the author writes in a manner that flows well. I also really appreciated how he organized the book. This book would make a great gift for any history lover or anyone that loves to find out a good secret." - Jennifer S.
