What’s the Deal?
To start you get:

Your eighth referral you get:

An 8x8, 20 page photobook using images from your session(will include up to 4 pages of digital or scanned images of yougrowing up).

At this point you will have accrued a $100 in cash or $200 in printcredits (plus your 10% discount) and over $400 in products!The classmate(s) must present a referral card in order to be eligible. Allreferred classmates will receive a free 8x10 print from his or her session with avalid referral card. Your participation in the program will not only introduceyou to a new way for cutting edge, personalized photography, but also a way toearn incentives towards your session for senior portraits at little or no cost.
The Catch:Terms and Conditions:

All photo sessions must be completed by July 26, 2009.

Parents/legal guardian of the senior must sign this contract andmodel release, allowing me to use your images for advertisingpurposes and not holding me or the studio responsible for anydamages or injuries incurred in fulfilling this contract.

If the Senior Rep does not refer at least 2 paying customers byJanuary 26, 2010 then $100 will be due to the studio to cover costsassociated with time, travel, equipment, and marketing.

A valid senior portrait card must be presented by a referred studentin order to receive any credits towards prints or products. Creditswill only be issued when a referred senior’s session is complete andall fees are paid in a timely manner by the referred senior.

Print a copy of this for your parent/guardian. Minors must either be accompanied by aparent/guardian or have a signed and dated note from them stating that Emerald RosePhotography and Mary Peterson will not be held liable for any damages/injuries.

I have read and Agreed to all details of the program and agree to comply tothe previous pages in this contract.
Model Release:
For valuable consideration, I hereby confer on Mary Peterson, Photographer,the absolute and irrevocable right and permission with respect to thephotographs that he/she has taken of me or my minor child in which he/shemay be include:a)To copyright the same in the Photographer’s name or any other name thathe/she may select;b)To use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part,separately or in conjunction with other photographs, in any medium now orhereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by wayof limitation) illustration, promotion, advertising and trade, and;c)To use my name or my child’s name in connection therewith if he/she sodecides. I hereby release and discharge the Photographer from all and anyclaims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of thephotographs, including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy.This authorization and release shall insure to the benefit of the legalrepresentatives, licensees, and assigns of the Photographer as well as theperson(s) for whom he/she took the photographs.I have read the foregoing and fully understand the contents hereof.
