A US district court judge ordered the release of one of the youngest Guantanamo Bay detainee after determining that the government did not have sufficient evidence to continue holding him. The man is accused of wounding two US soldiers in Afghanistan and their interpreter in a grenade attack. The government is considering filing a domestic criminal case against the man, but is also prepared to repatriate him to Afghanistan.
