In this unpublished decision, the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) rescinded an order of removal issued in absentia because the Notice to Appear (NTA) and hearing notice were sent to an outdated address obtained from the files of the former Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) and were returned as undeliverable. The decision was written by Member Anne Greer and joined by Member Patricia Cole and Member Roger Pauley.
