Neville 09-23-1968THE FATHERThe Bible begins with Abram, a character whose name means “exalted father.” Abram was placed in aprofound sleep, told of the trials and tribulations he would pass through, and the length of time which hewould suffer. Then the Lord God said to him: “Behold my covenant is with you. No longer shall your namebe Abram, but Abrahamfor I have made you the father of a multitude of nations.”The insertion ofthe letter“he” [pron. “hey”] (the fifth letter of the Hebrew alphabet, which is “grace”) changed the name from Abramto Abraham. Now, grace is Jesus Christ, for we are told: “Grace and truthcame byJesus Christ.”So into thename ofAbramgoes the letter “he”and grace is inserted into the exalted father. Thenthe journeybegins.Scripture tells us that God speaks to man through the language of dream and makes himself known in avision. If God speaks to me in a dream and makes himself known to me in a vision, there is nothing moreimportant than to record that vision. Here is a vision I had in1934. I was alone in my livingroom. My eyeswere closed and I was meditating, but not on anything in particular. I love to just turn my eyes inward andwatch the liquid, golden clouds form. (If you try it you will find it very easy to do. Simply turn your eyesinward, close the lids as though asleep, and suddenly all of the dark convolutions of the brain will growluminous. Theywillpulse and formthemselves into clouds around your head.)Here I am, not thinking of anythingin particular, simply observing these golden forms, whensuddenly beforemy vision appears a large, rough quartz. As I watch, it fragments itself into numberless little pieces. Thensome magnetic hand or invisible force took allof these pieces, and gatheringthem together, molded themintothe humanform. Here is a manseated inthe lotus posture indeep, deep meditation. As I looked at himI sawmyself. Here I amobservingmyselfmeditatingmyself. As I watched, it began to pulse withlife. Thenit beganto glow like the sun, and when it reached the limit of intensity it exploded. I broke the silence and returnedonce againto the normalstate inthis world. That was an adumbration, a forecasting of mylast days in this age. I saw my exit. When the moment comesfor this garment to be taken off for the last time in this age (which will be this present little stretch of time) Iwill explode into eternity. There was no form. The form preceded it. That meditating figure in the lotusposture was perfect. It could not be improved upon. It’s difficult to conceive such perfection, yet I waslooking at myself. I knew he was meditatingme, and that I do his will. I came to do the willof him who sentme and to accomplish his work, which is to fulfillscripture. And when that is completed he willexplode andwe willbe one.We are told:Callno manonearthFather, for youhave but one Father who is inheaven, and the kingdomof heaven is within.” Youhave a being just like yourself, meditating you! What you think is an original thought, anoriginaldesire, is nothingmore thanthe willofyour Father, the one meditatingyou. So inthe end no matter

what youhave done, youare forgivenbecause youonlyplayed the part he willed youto play. To himyouareDavid, the son ofJesse (I am) a man after his own heart who will do all his will. You have always done hiswilland youwillalways do it, and inthe last days, to youalone he willappear. We are told:“Scoffers willcome inthe last days scoffingand saying, ‘Where is the promise ofhis coming, forever since the fathers fellasleep allthings have continued as theywere fromthe creationofthe world.”Manislookingfor the Father to come fromwithout and not to resemble the one who is lookingfor him, but whenhefinds him he finds himself. You are God the Father meditating your projection for the experience of thisworld, and youwillredeemyourselfinthe last days.Let me show youhow scripture reveals this. Bear in mind the Bible is a mystery, not as somethingto be keptsecret, but mysterious in character. You must search the scripture to find the Father. When the letter “he”[pron. “hey”] was placed in the name of the exalted Father, he became Abraham, the father ofa multitude of nations. “And the scriptures, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen, preached the gospel beforehandto Abraham.”The gospelis the play.Let us see how this is revealed to us. At the end of the journey, one that should know better said: “Master, show us the Father and we willbe satisfied.”He then replied:“I have beenso long withyou and yet you donot know me, Philip? He who has seen me has seen the Father. How then can you say, ‘Show us theFather?’” Theydo not believe he took upon himselfthe form ofMan and became obedient unto death uponthe cross ofMan. But I know that the beingI saw meditatingme as myvery selfwas Christ, who is God theFather. Now, if God is a father he must have a son, and if he was the Father before he began to meditate thisprojectionofhimself, thenhe had a sonbefore he beganthis projection. So he asks the question:“What think ye ofthe Christ? Whose Son is he?” And when they answered, “The sonof David,” he said, “Whythen didDavid, inthe Spirit, callhimmyFather?”(The word “adonai” is translated “Lord,” as every son referred to his father as “my lord”). But David calledhim Father in the Spirit, and not in the flesh! Here he reveals who the Father is and who the Son is, but noone understood it. The evangelists recorded it. I read it over and over, but didn’t see it untilI experienced it.Not untilDavid stood before me and I experienced the relationship ofFather/Sondid I reallyunderstand thatpassage. I have talked to priests, rabbis, ministers, and truth teachers, but none see it, and because of theirfixed belief theywill not see it. Theydo not believe that the character in scripture called Jesus Christ is Godthe Father, and the character in scripture called David is the Son of God, even when they read the 2ndPsalm, where David says:“I will tell of the decree of the Lord, he said unto me, ‘Thou art my Son, today Ihave begottenthee.”Inspite ofthat, theystillcannot see it.Now, I say the Bible is completely consistent in imagery and symbolism. I saw the rock, and the meditatingfigure who is the cause of my behavior. The thing that is cause is Father, for he is the source of all. I saw aman who did not just resemble me but was me, raised to the nth degree of perfection - alive, breathing andradiating until it exploded like the sun. We find the same symbolism in the 89th Psalm: “I have found David,he cried unto me, ‘Thou art my Father, my God and the Rock of my salvation!” The Rock, the Father, andGod. This meditatingbeinghas me inhis power. There is not a thingI cando but fulfillhis will. And inthe endwhen he explodes we are one, and he has gathered, fromthe experiences he has put me through, that which

was necessary for his own personalexpansion, his ownpersonal luminosity, going beyond what he was priorto the deep sleep into whichAbram, the exalted Father, was placed. So a deep sleep fell upon Abram, and as he slept the Lord God said to him: “Your descendants shall besojourners in a land that is not theirs and they will be slaves there for four hundred years.” In the Hebrewworld (especially in the mysteries) every letter was a numerical value as well as a symbolical value. The lastletter, tau[pron “taf”] has a numericalvalue offour hundred. Its symbol is the cross. Four hundred does notmeanyears as you and I count them. It means as long as you wear the cross ofMan. At the very end, whenyoutake offthe cross, youwillexplode into a new being - a new body, a new age, a new world. The exaltedFather had to take uponhimselfthe limitationofManto enter the world ofthree dimensions, but whenhe hascompleted his journey, he and his projectionwhichhe put throughhellexplode, and theyare one.We are told: “No one comes unto me unless my Father calls him, and I will raise him up at the last days.”Now, this is a difficult passage for anyone to understand. No one comes to me unless my Father calls him.Well, I saw myFather, and he calls everyone into myworld; but he is callinga certainremnant inthe last daysand these, with myexplosion, willbe raised. The day youhear Neville is dead, far from beingdead I willbein anentirely new age, and I will raise withme those that my Father designates. I cannot name one of them. When they said: “John and James, let them sit at your right hand,” he said: “It is not mine to give, but myFather’s who is in heaven.” He knows who he is calling. And when the real end comes, far from beingrestored into a world just like this withmy Father still in meditation, still putting me through the paces, I willexplode and returnto the Father, expanded, greater thanthat whichI was before that the world was. I cameout fromthe Father and came into the world. AgainI amleaving the world and returningto the Father, takingwithme everyone myFather calls. The Father is not something you are going to find in some cathedral, some retreat, or holy place; he iswherever you are. The Father is withinyou, and one day youwillbe sittingquietly, not thinkingof anythinginparticular, when the symbolismwilltake place. The rock (the quartz) will shatter into pieces, thenreassembleitselfinto the perfect statue ofyouas a meditatingBuddha. Then it willbeginto glow like the sun, brighter andbrighter, untilit explodes and youreturnto the awareness youwere whenthe visionpossessed you.So do not go beyond where youare insearchof the Father. Whenyousee a picture drawnbyan artist whoclaims it is a picture of Christ and it doesn’t resemble you, don’t believe him. Every Sunday morningsculptures and paintings are sold inallthe churches inthe world claiming theyare inthe likeness ofChrist, yetthey don’t look like anyone you know - or like anyone in this world, for that matter. Those who buy themhave forgotten that Christ is God’s Power and Wisdomwhich was put into the Father as the Father whenhefellasleep to dreamthe sons ofGod into being.Carl Junghad a vision similar to mine about ten years after I did, but it frightened him, which indicates to methat he is not at the end of the journey. When he saw himself in the lotus posture he was afraid, because heknew whenhe awoke he, CarlJung, would be no more. But the Father does not see the projectionthat is thedreamof himself, the realself who could not enter the sphere. He must dreamit and make it real. He cannotpretend, for complete incarnationis essentialto individualization. It’s a tragedy, yes. It’s a separationfromtheFather, for I was looking at him. It’s a fall into decay and death, for that is what this world is. It’s a fall intohell, for this world is hell, but the end will justifythe means. Paul said:“I do not consider the sufferings ofthepresent time worth comparing to the glory that is to be revealed in us.” No matter what you have gone
