TLIF2092A DEMONSTRATE AWARENESS OF COR REGULATIONS OUTLINE (COR LEVEL 1) This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to identify, apply and follow chain of responsibility regulations that are applicable to the individuals job role. CHAIN OF RESPONSIBILITY - LEVEL 1 COURSE OVERVIEW The focus of this course is on: Explaining the Chain of Responsibility legislation; Explaining the importance of safe load restraint, appropriate load mass and dimension, and prevention of driver fatigue and speeding; Identifying key responsibilities, requirements and actions for load restraint, load mass and dimension, driver fatigue and driver speeding; and Taking action if you observe a potential or actual breach of the Chain of Responsibility.

ASSESSMENT OUTLINE After completing the online course, there are several assessment tasks to complete, including a: Knowledge Assessment: A series of online knowledge questions that require a short, typed response to demonstrate your knowledge of the chain of responsibility; Short Answer Assessment: A series of online questions that require a short, typed response to demonstrate your understanding of the chain of responsibility regulations related to your workplace; Verbal Assessment: Several questions that require a short, verbal response to demonstrate your understanding of the chain of responsibility. The assessment is completed by calling the Urban Global Assessment Hotline and speaking with an Assessor; and Practical Assessment: Consists of three sub-sections, including the Pre-Work, Workplace Observations and the Post-Work to demonstrate your awareness of chain of responsibility related to your job role while in the workplace.
