Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
In the event you receive items that were what you did not expect, needed, or items aredamaged we will except returns under the following conditions:1. All returns must be within 14 days of date of delivery for a full refund with notificationfrom customers via-e-mail atadmin@bostonminiatures.com before returning
merchandise.2. All Items must be in resale condition, including the original packaging.3. Damaged merchandise will be replaced with same or similar merchandise for substitution agreed by customers only. We notify customer via e-mail or phone for thisagreement.4. All returns must be sent back in packaging that prevents damage to the items.5. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returned merchandise.6. Exchanges are not accepted. Replacements will only be made for damaged or incorrectly shipped merchandise.7. To receive a refund on the matching set items, you must return the entire package of the whole set.
