OVEN CHEESE FONDUE

Serves 8

10 Slices white bread


6 eggs
3 c. milk
2 T. snipped parsley
1 t. dry mustard
1 t. salt
2 c. grated cheese*
3 T. chopped onion

Heat oven to 325°. Remove crusts from bread; cut into cubes. Beat eggs, milk and
seasonings. Stir in bread cubes and onion.

Pour into “un-greased” baking dish. Bake uncovered 1 hour or until center is set.
