Properly accomplished application for issuance of STCW’95 Certificate PRC STCW Form No.18(OPTIONAL)3.
Original and Photocopy of Engine Room Simulator Certificate (ERS)& Practical Assessment Certificate. (OPTIONAL)4.
Original and Photocopy of Transcript o Record with Scanned Picture, date, of graduation (mm/dd/yy), S .O.number, seal of school and remarks “For Licensure Examination purposes only”. (BS-Mare, CME,AME, SME)5.
Original and Photocopy of Authenticated Birth Certificate in Security Paper (SECPA) issued by the National StatisticOffice (NSO).6.
Training Record Book, for BS- MarE graduates (Per Memo Circular No. 2000-03 Series of 2000)7.
Original and photo copy of NBI Clearance valid until the last day of scheduled examination.8.
Original copy of valid Medical Certificate (PRC MEO Form No. 04) or original and photocopy of validComprehensive Medical Certificates Issued by DOH accredited Medical Clinics and Hospitals.9.

good day sir..i only have 34 months 23 days of accumulated, is that enough to obtain a certificate of competency..? i am an OIC-EW..

Good day sir ..I would like to know also if the PRC allows cadets to take OIC EW licensure exam even if i didn't finish the 12 months contract because of companies decision to send me home with the other crew which already finish their contract . . .I only had (11 months & 21 days). .I only lack 9 days onboard. thank you . . . . .

Good Day PRC, my review center Cebugems told me that its oki to have OIC-EW lincensure exam, with/out BS in university..ive graduated as BSMAR-E, 3years in school, and 1 year experience onboard ship..in order to have my complete TOR as bachelor degree..bottom line, it is true that i can take exam with has only associate degree in my TOR?
