Law & Order

Law & Order in the United States has become a fiasco. If this fiasco continues then America is on the brink of total collapse. The core problem lies in our lawmaking process. Congress has exceeded its limit of powers. Neither branch has exercised checks and balances. Laws no longer secures our civil liberties and/or rights. Rather, laws have been passed to strip away freedom. The news media or press should inform the general public. Citizens should be made aware of the peril before it is too late. Were talking about human lives being lost, because Law & Order becoming a fiasco!

Sitting on a keg of Dynamite

America is as Chicago Skinny sitting on a keg of dynamite playing and singing lyrics about the blues. When the explosion goes off, the aftermath wont be a pretty sight. It is dangerous lawmakers tampering with Law & Order to target American citizens. Persons mind-set becomes delusional when he or she feels the government is out to get him or her. The incident of the woman driving her car on White House lawn is one case. Every citizen should feel safe to avoid terrorist-like episodes.

Bill of Attainder or Ex Post Facto

Congress has repeatedly violated United States Constitution Article 1 Section 9: No bill of attainder or ex post facto law shall be passed. Bill of attainder means the legislature cant enact laws that declare a person or group guilty of a crime and punishing them without the right of a trial. Ex Post Facto means legislature cant pass laws made effective retroactively. The way Congress has circumvented bill of attainder or ex post facto is it has invented a fictitious title to rename state probation as Sex Offender Registration to avoid public scrutiny for breaching our 5TH Amendment double jeopardy. In other words, Congress has punished sex offenders repeatedly without any trials.

Break Every Rule

Congress has gone ballistic to terrorize sex offenders and break every rule in the book passing unconstitutional laws. Veterans may very well comprise a large population of convicted sex offenders. The White House has a lawful and moral duty to secure Law & Order by protecting veteran soldiers. He or she may be suffering Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). The general public has witnessed veterans mind snap under pressure suffering PTSD. The aftermath is horrifying to behold. There are myriad cases where veterans in turn have gone ballistics in retaliation towards police.

SOR Concealed Probation

The Sex Offenders Registration is a concealed form of state probation. The Judiciary Branch is the sole legal authority that can order convicted felons serve probation. The Legislative Branch has decided that jail time or state probation wasnt sufficient sentence for convicted sex offenders. Congress enacted a bill of attainder to invent a conceal form of state probation and has given it the name Sex Offender Registration (SOR). Everything remains exactly the same as state probation, except city police have served in place of state probation officers. Sex Offenders must report, register, pay probation fees etc. and are subject to violation. The name has been changed to protect the guilty. Each state in the United States even U.S. Congress has jumped on the bandwagon to legislate concealed probation. The latter has breached the 5TH Amendment protection against double jeopardy. To add insult to injury, Congress has empowered police to enforce SOR ex post facto. Its a double whammy. Once a convicted Sex Offender has served his or her court ordered jail sentence or probation, then he or she has to serve a second probation sentence minimum ten years to life. Sex offenders constitute the only prison population that is required to serve multiple sentencing by virtue of bill of attainder.

What is Terrorism?
Terrorism is the absence of Law & Order. It manifest in countries where the rule of law is nonexistent or has broken down. Separation of Powers is the rule of law in the United States. It has been effective in past years. Yet, our rule of law is deteriorating. Citizens are losing or have lost respect for due process of law. Government has evolved as a terroristic entity rather than an agency to secure civil liberties and/or civil rights of all citizens regardless of his or her personal profile. When government has become terroristic, then it is like a time bomb ready to explode. Law & Order is the only way to diffuse catastrophes.

Does Government Target Citizens?

Government has overstepped its boundary to target American citizens. When citizens feel he or she has been targeted, then it fosters distrust, paranoia and hatred towards our government or public officials. The end result is person may begin to suffer delusional mind-set worrying whether he or she is being tracked or traced by personnel working in government.

Halloween Curfew Law Targets Sex Offenders

The Legislative Branch has enacted a Halloween Curfew Law to target Sex Offenders. The Separation of Powers prevents lawmakers from enacting laws that target individuals, groups or minority classes. Laws must be enacted to affect the holistic population and cannot order persons to do anything without his or her consent. The Judiciary Branch has sole authority to issue orders that compel individuals, groups or minority classes to act without his or her consent. Examples are Busing or Affirmative Action. The Legislative Branch has encroached the Judiciary Branchs Separation of Powers by issuing orders. View the diagram below: The Halloween Curfew Law has passed through the Legislative Branch to target Sex Offenders. Yet, it was unlawful because it is a bill of attainder. The Executive Branch will enforce the bill of attainder as state law. Sex Offenders lack financial or legal resources to challenge constitutionality of the new law. The Supreme Court has legal authority to overturn the bill of attainder. Sex Offenders have been ordered to honor the Halloween Curfew Law to celebrate a pagan holiday under color of law.

Halloween is a pagan holiday

Halloween is a pagan holiday. Everyone may not celebrate ghost and goblin or eat pumpkin pie. Yet, Congress has passed a law to order sex offenders honor this holiday by staying in the house on curfew. There are no limitations on what laws Congress may pass next. Law & Order is fictitious as the Wizard of Oz. However, terrorism is a true phenomenon that is unfolding every day. We as a society should hold lawmakers accountable for tampering with Law & Order as if it were a joke. They have broken every rule, but have not been sanctioned by the Judiciary or Executive Branches. The latter has breached the Separation of Powers.

Trick or Treat Nightmare

Congress has pulled a real Trick or Treat nightmare on America. The trick is state lawmakers cant order individuals, groups or minority classes to act without his or her consent. The treat is state lawmakers have been able to do whatever they want to do in passing laws without ever being sanctioned by either the Judiciary or Executive Branches. Yet, when the time bomb explodes and sex offenders get fed up with being targeted by state lawmakers, then America is going to be in for a nightmare similar to the one in Aurora, CO.

Stanley Greens Epilogue

Law & Order is the greatest weapon to avert terrorism. America has been a free nation. The Founding Fathers have consecrated Separation of Powers (Articles I, II & III) as our political doctrine to delineate exclusive powers for our Legislative, Executive and Judiciary Branches. The United States Constitution has afforded each citizen with his or her Bill of Rights (First Ten Amendments plus Post Civil War Amendments). Congress has been prohibited from enacting laws to abridge our Bill of Rights. The prohibition warrants each citizen feels secure that government cant threaten to deprive his or her civil liberties or civil rights. America is slowly headed towards downfall. Congress has unduly encroached the Separation of Powers to breach Article 1 Section 9: (No bill of attainder or ex post facto law shall be passed). Congress has enacted laws under color of authority to abridge the Bill of Rights of sex offenders. First there was registration which is a concealed form of probation. Second there was printing Sex Offender on drivers license which had no relevance. Third there was banned living close proximity to schools. Fourth there is Halloween Curfew. There is no end in sight what law Congress may pass next. Police authorities have enforced each bill of attainder ex post facto regardless of conviction date. Sex offenders have no legal recourse to sanction Congress for encroachment. Congress has played a Trick or Treat Nightmare on America. End result is terrorism.

Sanctions
Homeland Security must intervene in behalf of Sex Offenders to institute sanctions against Congress for encroaching Separation of Powers. Law & Order is at jeopardy, unless checks and balances have been enforced. America is on the verge of domestic terrorism in lieu of Congress targeting sex offenders by enacting bill of attainder and ex post facto under color of state law. State lawmakers have been legally and morally wrong to invent the Sex Offender Registration (SOR) to conceal state probation. Otherwise state lawmakers will continue enacting new laws to further terrorize sex offenders. Veterans will become trapped and feel betrayed by our country. The Federal government has a lawful duty to protect each American citizen regardless of his or her personal profile. To uphold Law & Order isnt an option. Rather, it is a duty of Homeland Security to avert our nation from the nightmare of terrorism. No other agency of the Federal government has intervened to sanction legislatures abide by our rule of law. The irony of the matter is that Congress is breaking the same rules that it has passed to secure Law & Order. Homeland Security should investigate this crisis before its too late and innocent victims suffer injuries.
