and its suppliers. Your acceptance of these Documents constitutes acknowledgment of a confidential relationship between you (the "Buyer"), your representatives, and Siemens Power Generation, Inc. Information contained within these Documents shall be used solely by Siemens Power Generation, Inc. for the purpose of training Buyer personnel in the operation and/or maintenance of power generating equipment, auxiliaries, and supervisory control systems described herein and supplied by Siemens Power Generation, Inc. and its suppliers. No portion of these Documents may be graphically, electronically or mechanically reproduced, transmitted, disclosed or otherwise used in any form, in whole or in part, (whether by photocopying, recording, taping or through the use of fax machines, scanners or any other information storage and/or retrieval systems) by you or your representatives without the prior written consent of Siemens Power Generation, Inc.

AUTHORIZATION TO INCLUDE VENDOR DOCUMENTS These Documents contain information from confidential or copyrighted documents provided by vendors who have supplied equipment for your power-generating facility. Such vendor information may include, but is not limited to, drawings, sketches, specifications, installation and operation instructions, maintenance recommendations, troubleshooting procedures, literature, and marketing brochures. The vendor information from which these Documents are compiled is either contained in the Siemens supplied Instruction Book or supplied by the vendor. Siemens Power Generation, Inc. has written permission from each such supplying vendor to include their respective information in these Documents.
