Complaint Details

I am sub broker of JM Financial services ltd since last 4 years. My complain is during account opening , JM Financial has said that account maintentance charges for CDSL DP are NIL for all my clients. Since last two years I have 100 clients who are inactive and there accounts have been inactivated by JM Financial. Since the clients are inactive they have no money balance in there Ledger and Nil shares in demat account, but still JM Financial has charged Rs 450 as DP Charges : per client in there respective Ledgers. Since client have not paid all these DP Charges JM Financial has debited all this Charges to my Deposit that i have paid while starting the franchisee. CDSL site clearly states that DP charges are Nil For Individuals. I have requested JM FinancialS- HO-not recover DP Charges of Inactive from my deposit account , but they have not given any reply so far.
