INTERVENOR- PLAINTIFF WHITE’SMOTION TO LIFT THE DISCOVERY STAY ANDFOR A PRESERVATION ORDER 
Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26, Intervenor-Plaintiff Whitehereby moves the Court for an order lifting the discovery stay entered on December 8,2005 (Docket No. 215) and for an order preserving materials from the 2004 presidentialelection. The resumption of discovery is sought to further develop evidence necessary tosupport Intervenor-Plaintiff’s claims. The preservation order is sought to preserve saidevidence for trial.
