Reports must be submitted by First Class Mail or via email attachment to the Association within two days of the match. (Sundays notincluded). Email reports need only be submitted as single reports, however if sent by post reports must be submitted in duplicate and onlysent via First Class Mail.
Competition:
During the match, several players from Blue FC were upset at my decision to order the retake of acorner kick. At full time, as I was leaving the pitch, I was immediately surrounded by approximately "xnumber" players, all belonging to Blue FC.The players persisted to argue my decision to order the retake of a corner kick, and they continued tosurround me, which I found very intimidating.After verablly showing Dissent towards my decisions, they finally walked away, after around "x"minutes.I collected my belongings and left immediately.
