SBE BattleWeb has been designed jointly by Army Field SupportCommand (AFSC) and U.S. Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) as aflexible logistics and mission planning tool. It provides real-time Internetaccess to critical information pertaining to Stay-Behind Equipment(SBE) stocks for pre-deployment planning. It is designed for deployingunits to plan short and long term deployment scenarios and “what ifs”utilizing SBE stocks. SBE BattleWeb offers the core functionality of theDeployment Asset Visibility System (DAVS) and Automated BattlebookSystem (ABS). It is a key tool in the Army’s goal of Force Projection inthe SBE mission.
