The Work of Ray Murray:
The quickest way to summarise Ray's work is to say that he:
•
Facilitates Beneficial Shifts
...in individuals, groups, communities and potentially even nations ~ in order to enablethem to “go to their next level”.The core common denominators in such work are courage, integrity, love and wisdom,since without these being employed, equally, truly and in unison by everyone involved inthis work (Ray included), appropriate shifts are impossible.Therefore, in order to facilitate appropriate and beneficial shifts, Ray is often required toprepare the ground by facilitating an increase in courage, love and wisdom within theindividual, group, organisation, community (and potentially nation).Usually Ray is called in when things have already “gone wrong” and the individual, groupor organisation etc., is now “stuck”. Alternatively, he is also often called in when things areabout to “go wrong” unless some appropriate decisions and actions are taken.That said, the best time to involve Ray is to call him in before either of the above stageshave been reached! And when that happens he works to enable individuals, groups andorganisations etc., learn how to PREVENT things from “going wrong”, wherever suchprevention is possible.We all know what it feels like when things are already “going wrong” or when they areclearly “about to go wrong”. However, Ray's work is not simply based on an entirelysubjective assessment of any situation.Whilst such subjective assessment can be an extremely valuable tool, which may even berefined to produce a highly accurate method of measuring, “what is really going on here...”the reasons why things “go wrong” or “go well” boil down to this:

When SYNERGY is high, then this makes it easier for life to be lived, and work to be done,with EASE.

When ENTROPY is high, then this makes it harder for life to be lived, and work to be done,with EASE.

And between the two, the tangible or manifest aspects of who we are and anything we createexist as some FORM of ENERGY....The relevance of this being that ENERGY
 per se
acts as aCONDUIT for both SYNERGY (PRODUCTIVE Flow) and ENTROPY (REDUCTIVE Flow).
So, when things really are starting to “go wrong” levels of ENTROPY are high and an earlyindicator is that it takes a lot of ENERGY to do work and just keep things going... never mind, keep things “going well”. Thus Ray's work also entails enabling individuals, groups,organisations etc., to be able to SEE, the different LEVELS and FORMS of:
