Democracy Alone Does not Equal Freedom PLAY
Why do we hear big government ideologs in broadcast news outlets exclaim that Mohamed Morsi was ousted illegally because he was elected by democratic vote; and how Egypt has failed at Democracy. This is not even close from the truth and a political attempt to distort the truth. We all heard a U.S. president and other big government supporters encourage Egypt's riots so to over throw a dictator so to promote "democracy". Most Americans today are uneducated in understanding the difference between a Republic and Democracy due to the fact that complete American history is no longer taught in public schools. It is amazing today how many adult Americans really do not understand their own system of government. Pure Democracy is a straight line mass populace vote that is neither fair nor just. Pure Democracy, like a presidential election, is at times compared to three foxes and two lambs deciding what to have for dinner (regardless of a electoral college). Obviously in a straight line vote, the foxes would have lamb for dinner since they are the majority. Pure Democracy excludes race, gender, age, religious equality and all minorities. On top of minority exclusions, add lies, deceit, political religion, and hidden intents of public office to those who run, the informed vote becomes the indoctrinated  ballot box forcing a dictatorship. In a true Republic, the whole population controls their government. Morsi ran on misinformation as a centrist to sway votes (a pure democracy) only to rule as a religious dictator out to suppress minorities under retribution, murder and assassination. This is democracy alright, but not a constituted Republic, not Just, Fair or Free. Equate this to the metaphor of the foxes and lambs to where the fox's wore sheep's clothing to deceive the lambs so to attain power; or a free dinner (not true representation). A system of government that represents all minority demographics includes local representatives,  judicial system supporting civil rights and states mandated restrictions to control power of a central construct (U.S. Constitution). In a true Democratic Republic, ALL demographics control their government not only by a majority vote. A presidential vote only elects one individual to run an executive branch, as to that of three branches of government of equal power. This administrative branch does not have power to eliminate constituted restriction; only 2/3 majority  by the states have that power. The House or Representatives support all districts that are minorities compared to large cities, political religions, and authoritarian political Parties. The
