New thinking is mandated by reality at this time,a true "industrial revolution in clean energy" as your Secretary of Energy StevenChu says.This approaching inevitability renders our national security and economic survivaldangerously vulnerable. Something should be done quickly to change the dynamics,and create new wealth to overcome the present economic stalemate. There is ananswer.There are serious grounds for believing that in the long term, the mere shufflingof paper money, debt and responsibility around will be ineffective. Please giveserious consideration to what I say.What I am suggesting will be like "an economic stimulus on crack" (if you'llforgive the negative connotations of that analogy). There is an important secrettechnology which our government has had sequestered for over seventy years, whichcan generally be referred to as "electromagnetic transportation technology"(A.K.A., "electromagnetic momentum technology"), best known to the largelyunknowing public as "UFO technology" or "flying saucer technology". Thistechnology is based on the fact that the electromagnetic interaction is 1040 (10to the 40th) power times stronger than the gravitational interaction. I think itis high time for this technology to be privatized in the name of nationalsecurity, as a true stimulus for the 21st century American economy, which isstagnant for a lack of creation of significant real wealth and a lack of vision byour prior leaders.New jobs and new industry will be created and America's dependency on fossil fuelswill be greatly diminished. Due to the applicable energy transformation equations,the crisis will be gone and global warming will also eventually become a thing ofthe past. The American economy will be stirred up like an ant bed with a stick.Freight of unlimited weight and passengers can be carried across the nation andthe world at many thousands of miles per hour and with a tiny fraction of theenergy presently required.I respectfully urge you in all seriousness to consider my proposition as a movewhich will be a true economic stimulus which will also guarantee the success ofyour administration and the image of America in the minds of the people of Americaand the world, as a restoration of the shining example of American creativity and
