This chapter also talks about concept of privacy of H.J. McCloskey, the unitary, derivative and cluster definitionsof privacy. It showed the interest-based conceptions versus right-basedconceptions of privacy. There are four distinct kinds of privacy, such as,physical or accessibility, decisional, psychological or mental andinformational privacy. It also discussed that privacy is also nonintrusioninvolving one’s physical space of physical privacy. It includes Privacy asnoninterference involving one’s choice of decisional privacy, privacy asnoninterference involving one’s thoughts and one’s personal identity of psychological privacy and privacy as having control over access toone’s personal information of informational privacy.Book Review: This chapter talked about the different concepts, theories andcontroversies of privacy.
