Clic Get it si aparezca un NO en rojo para bajar el plug-in.

Clic Test it si aparezca un YES en verde para verificar si al versin del plug-in que tiene es lo que requiere el programa.

Clic Need it? para comprobar si puedas utilizar el programa sin bajar el plug-in.

Luego, limpiar el cache de Java:

Doble-clic en el icono de Java En la pestaa general clic Settings... botono en Carpetas Temporal Internet caja

Clic Delete Files... botn en el pie

Asegurarte que hay un check en "Applications and Applets" and "Trace and Log Files" luego haz clic en OK
