Meetingsof
MemberShip
Section
1.
Place:
All
meetings
olthe
Associationmembership
shall
be
heldat
the
office
of
the
AssociatklO
or
such
other
place
as
may
be
designated
inthe
notice,Section
2.
Annual
Meeting:
(a)
The
first
AnnualMeetingshall
occur
within
one
hundred
(100)
days
of
the
recordation
of
the
Declaration
of
Condominium
and
annually
thereafter.
All
members
of
theBoard
of
Directors
to
be
elected
by
UnitOwners,
other
than
theDeveloper,shall
be
elected
by
plurality
vote.The
Developer
shall
have
theright
to
appoint
all
members
of
the
Board
of
Directors,unless
and
until
requiredotherwise
by
the
provisionsof
the
Declaration
of
Condominium
and
FloridaStatutes.
