Family
and
friends
are
seeking
the
public’s
help
in
locating
Robert
Botts,
44,
a
Louisville
resident
who
has
been
missing
since
Thursday,
July
30th.
Botts
was
last
seen
at
the
intersection
of
South
Shelby
Street
and
East
Kentucky
Street
around
11:30pm
on
Thursday,
July
30.
However,
he
failed
to
return
home
that
evening.
Botts
is
white,
44
years
old,
5’5”,
230
pounds
with
brown
hair
and
grey
eyes.
His
abandoned
car
was
towed
from
that
intersection
shortly
thereafter
by
police.
Since
the
evening
of
July
30th,
his
family
or
friends
have
not
heard
from
him
and
they
are
growing
increasingly
worried
about
his
well
being.
“It’s
not
like
Robert
to
not
come
home
or
call
his
daughter,”
said
Bott’s
brother,
Joe
Botts.
“He
also
hasn’t
shown
up
to
work
and
his
credit/bank
cards
haven’t
been
used.”
Botts’
family
and
friends
created
a
Facebook
group
called
“Find
Robert
Botts”
(http://www.facebook.com/home.php?ref=logo#/group.php?gid=113752648826),
where
they
are
coordinating
efforts
to
locate
him.
They’ve
also
used
other
social
networking
sites
like
Flickr,
Scribd,
Facebook
and
Twitter
to
spread
the
word
among
their
friends
and
family
members.
A
PayPal
fund
has
been
created
to
aid
Robert's
family
with
search
costs
and
to
help
with
Robert's
expenses
in
his
absence.

him
