Setup: Friday, September 25: 8:00-9:30am

Take down: Saturday, September 26: 8pm

Please be on time for set-up to ensure that we start on time and for take-down cause we need toget to bed on time since we will probably be exhausted



Display

•

Vendors should provide their own tables and display items. Your booth size can consist of 1-2typical banquets tables-approximately 2x8) depending on your need.

•

This is an outdoor garden boutique, so be prepared for rain or shine with an easy-up or marketumbrella. Easy-ups should be 10X10 or smaller and may be shared with another vendor.

•

Please let us know beforehand if you will need any power for your booth and we will be happy toprovide it for you.

Vendor number and Labeling

•

Each vendor will be assigned a vendor number, which must be visible on all inventory in order toreceive payment for items sold. Make sure your tags and vendor number are secure and will notbecome detached from items. We want you to get your money!

•

Your vendor ID will be issued to you when the postcards are mailed 2 weeks before the show.

Costs & Fees

•

The entrance fee is $30 and a 15% commission is withheld.

•

If you plan to share a booth space, one vendor must pay the initial $30 and each additional vendormust pay $15. Also, we will only issue your group a single Vendor ID and a single check at the endof the show so you will be responsible for dividing up your dough.

•

There will be a central checkout counter and money will be distributed within 10 days following theboutique.

Restocking your booth

•

Feel free to stop by your booth at anytime to restock or tiddy-up. If you would like to leave extrastock stored under your banquet tables please do so. We are more than happy to keep and eye onyour booth and restock for you.
