This patent shows that this swine flu baxter international swine flu vaccine patent was issued before 2009 before all that stuff about pandemics but that doesn't include how many years and months it took to come up with the vaccine and so this means it may have been anywhere from 2006 to 2008 the swine flu vaccine was made and that was way before the swine flu even become a big deal in America and the media.
