sessions when families are invited to sharetheir ideas and views. Come along and help shape yourcentre.

We offer the following free services:

Nursery education

places for children aged over three

Advice

on benefits, childcare and returning to work or training

Family support and advice

on issues such as sleep, behaviour, childhealth issues and more

Access

to an Art Therapist, Clinical Psychologist, and Speech andLanguage Therapist

Help and ideas

for your child’s health, development and learningthrough our ‘Parents as First Teachers’ programmeWe also offer

childcare places

for children from 6 months old whoseparents are working or studying (we charge fees for these places).

10am to 12pmStay and Play

A fun session for all children aged 0-5.Meet our speech therapist, try some sing-and-sign, find out more about languagedevelopment, bilingualism and more!

1pm to 3pmTiny Tots post-natal group

A relaxed session for babies from birth to oneto play and pick up information about earlydevelopment and health, also offersbreastfeeding support.

Tues

We offer Parents as First Teachers, Family Support and other individual services onTuesdays.

10am to 12pmFamily Learning Session

A class for adults with crèche that offersan introduction to work with children.Details available from website or centre -places must be booked.

10.30am to 12.00pmBaby Massage and Yoga

At Killick St Health Centre

1.15pm to 2.45pmBaby Massage and Yoga

This is a group led by Liz our infant massagepractitioner for all babies from birth tocrawling. Learn to massage your baby andnew ways to hold and handle them. Cryingand sleeping babies or babies who just wantto watch very welcome!

This session for children 0-5’s is linked toour ‘Parents as First Teachers’Programme. Come to play and pick upinformation on a range of parentingissues including sleep, behaviour andtoilet training.

at Barnard Park One O’Clock Club

For childminders, and parents seeking achildminder.

Clinical child psychology 2pm-4pmmonthlyIndividual appointments

Meet Dawn (clinical psychologist) one to oneto discuss issues such as sleep, behaviour,eating, toilet training and much more. Call0207 527 4850 to book.

10am to 12pmOpen Nursery Stay and Play

As well as a play session for birth to fiveyear olds, from 10 to 11am families of older children are invited to explore thenursery school including the spaciousgarden.

1pm to 3pmPost-Natal Clinic (by appointment)
