Grew revenues from $53 Million (net loss $40M) in 2006 with many dissatisfied customers to $305M (net profit $160M) in 2010 while meeting customer expectations of network availability of 99.999% or  better

Selected by Tellabs CEO and EVP of Development to turn-around troubled Vivace acquisition into profitable business. Senior executive in charge of product development, marketing, product line management, technical and sales support of Tellabs 8800 Layer 2/Layer 3 multi-service router and Tellabs 8890 Element Management System. Responsible for Profit and Loss of Tellabs 8800 product line. Led team of approximately 325 full-time and 75 contract employees based in 6 different locations in United States, India, and China.

Led team of approximately 305 full-time employees based in 4 different locations in  North America KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS Resolved major technical issues in FTTP product that ultimately achieved Verizon target for high quality Network Report Rate. Major product contributor to Verizon FIOS placing 1
