Hello, Jerry. I thought I have already answered on your concern via e-mail and facebook. Please find copy of my answer below: --- I agree with you about roll-up from subsidiary processes to project management plan and that outputs from all such sub-processes go to project management plan. I think this is something like egg and chicken question =) I didn't tell that but links on my diagram define mostly common order of processes - not inputs/outputs. So, main question they answer is not what is output or input from/to process but what should be the next process I should start working on. Usually it is aligned with main inputs/outputs but for integration processes it results into another picture: usualy we start work on project management plan and then go deeped into subsidiary processes/subplans. Frankly speaking I didn't invent it: I took this idea from PMBOK v3 - in this old PMBOK you could see exactly the same order of processes in chapter 3 - please see at page 47. So, from this point of view I don't see any logical error in diagram. ----- If you or anybody else has any other questions/comments you are more than welcome. Many thanks!

The person who created this made one error. He shows INTEGRATION - 4.2 – Develop Project Management Plan as an input to the other processes in the PLANNING Process Group. It's more or less the other way around. The outputs from the planning processes (e.g., Human Resource Plan, Quality Plan, Schedule, Quality Management Plan, etc.) are inputs to the Develop Project Management Plan process, whose output is the overall project plan. I'm sure the error was unintentional. Nevertheless, this is why you should take any PMP study materials that you find for free on the internet with a grain of salt.
