Judge Cynthia J Becker ruled that GA Power's fraudulent easement document was valid and legal since 1941. Despite the numerous Georgia statutes against Becker's ruling she, in her infinite wisdom, made a ruling violating stare decisis, Supreme Court of Georgia previous rulings, Ceorgia Court of Appeals previous rulings. Her ruling put liability upon First American Title Insurance which is the title insurance we purchased when we purchased our property.
Pamela Nix in the Atlanta office denied our claim. This is the letter directed to the home office in response to that denial. Two weeks later, they had surveyors conduct an intensive survey of our property and our trees.
